"It was a pleasure having Leonard work on our lanai. He did a full demo of the existing tile and installed new tile. Leonard was extremely professional and his work is outstanding. He took time to explain each step as the project moved forward. He was very punctual and cleaned the job site meticulously each day. I would highly recommend him for any tile/stone work needed. I would definitely hire him again to do other tile work in our home."

"I highly would recommend John Sarao Flooring, they are efficient, the pricing was fair and he did a beautiful job on my guest bedroom and bath. I wasn't expecting to do the bathroom and when I realized I had extra tile he was very accommodating adding this extra room at the last minute, since he had to jack hammer out the old tile and he had not planned this on his schedule. You won't go wrong hiring John!"
