"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

"David repaired significant chip on our granite countertop. He really did an excellent job! Loks like chip was never there before. I definitely recommend his stone care service to anyone. Thank you David."

"This was my first remodeling project that required demoing and re-tiling of our Master Bathroom and it was by far a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me throughout the project. They did a wonderful job of keeping me abreast at every point of the project and they were on time, professional, they have excellent communication skills, they were dependable and reliable. I would highly recommend Footprints Floors to anyone looking for a job well done!"

"Quick turnaround. Javier and team were very professional and the final result was excellent. Dull and stained marble tile floor now shines like new."

"Justin is a consummate professional and exudes pride and confidence in his company's abilities. I hired Midland Floor Care to restore an Italian ceramic floor that had been neglected for over a dozen years by a prior owner. Justin took the time to educate me on how to restore the additional damage that a cleaning could not do. There is grout missing and some too damaged due to years of neglect. He was patient, and kept me informed every step of the way. It's only been a few hours since he has left but I'm ecstatic of the results since he has left and the grout is showing beautifully. Justin took the extra time to inform me on how to clean the floor going forward and how to replace grout damage that is missing or damaged beyond repair. I've already scheduled an appointment for Midland Floor Care to come back and clean my carpets of my recently new purchased home. Thank you Justin and Midland Floor Care for helping me get my house in order. I will recommend your company to all of my friends and acquaintances. Sincerely, Jennifer Lopez aka Mrs. Ronald S."

"The crew was very accommodating and the results were great. We had some issues with broken tiles when they arrived and the guys were more than willing to come back as soon as the new tile arrived. Overall, a very good experience."

"I broke an antique marble table into 3 pieces while moving. Sandro took the pieces and brought me back what looked like an all new table. Great service!"

"I bought a home built before 1978 and found that there was some asbestos floor tile in the basement. I reached out to D&H Demolition and they immediately came out to take a look at the project and provided a free estimate. They were very helpful and answered all my questions which made me feel a lot safer about the situation. I hired them and they took care of the work the very next day! Overall I was very pleased with their price and quality of work. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent experience and superb work. We hired them to do a major bathroom project. Price was very reasonable, helped with planning, started right away, and put in the extra hours to see that the job was done right. We would hire them again without a doubt. Thanks again!"

"I was initially supposed to get laminate in two bathrooms and a laundry room. The installer informed me that are not allowed to reconnect anything they disconnect so since I did not no know how or had anyone around to reconnected I decided not to do the laundry room. I believe the salesperson told me it would take 4 hours. I could be wrong. However they didnt arrive until after 1 pm and didnt finish until almost 10 pm. If they also had to do the laundry room they would have been here till after midnight. They certainly should not start a job so late in the afternoon if its going to take them that long to complete. Finally, I forgot to ask them to leave a little leftover tile just in case a piece got damaged somehow then it could be cut out and replaced. I spoke to my saleperson and he said they usually do leave a little. He checked with the powers that be and was told no they would not provide me with any extra title. I was only talking about a strip, not a whole room worth. I've used Empire twice before and went through that same issue before. I only use Empire because you can get the job done usually the next day, but they are not a whole lot of options to choose from."
