"We had a shower whose tile floor was separating from the wall and also had a tile on the wall starting to buckle out from the others. Tony did great work. He replaced all the tile in the shower from about two feet up all the way down to the shower pan. Tony also used a better water barrier product behind the tile than had been used by the builder. He also sent me a picture of the floor design he had come up with, to insure I liked it, before installing. It featured pieces he had at his place combined with some of the left over tile I had from the original shower. Tony came out the same day I called him and spent a total of 3 or 4 days completing the project (to allow for dry times, etc). Also, note that Tony is a one-man gang. You won't have to worry about him being only a salesman to then find someone else showing up to do the work. Tony did a fantastic job. If there were any negatives at all, it would be that the grout used was a slightly different color than the original, but it is only noticeable (and barely) when the grout is dry. That being said, we thought Tony's grout matched the tile better. Plus, he was using premium products. Again, we were very happy with the end results."

"The Grout Medic team did a great on all points: Cesar came promptly to look over the 4 rooms’ tile and grout for cleaning and refurbishment, and gave a fair estimate. They were able to schedule the work quickly. David and Carlos arrived and finished on time. They were flexible when we moved some towels and found that one shower needed more work than we all originally thought, revising the estimate a reasonable amount. They cleaned up as they went, keeping me informed on their progress, pleasant office staff and most importantly, doing a great job. I am happy to recommend The Grout Medic."

The Sheet Rock had to be removed, as it had mold and had to be replaced, the rest of the ceiling had pop corn which had to be scrapped and removed and the ceiling repainted. They gave us a quote on the spot and the date they could start, as well as how many days it will take to complete. They arrived on the date agreed and on time and they got right to work. They covered the walls with plastic from ceiling to floor and made sure everything was well protected. They cleaned after themselves every day and were very responsible.
