"In addition to polishing the stone, Nelson thoroughly cleaned and sealed the tile in my shower. The tile in my shower is old and hasnâ t received much care in the past. He restored it to a practically new finish. I was beyond happy with the results. He also had time to address some spotting I had on my marble floors and I cannot believe how amazing they came back to life. I am so happy with the results of all of it and only wished I would have called them sooner. Scheduling was quick and easy. Professionalism was top notch. "My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."

The carpets had not been cleaned in a long time, there were a lot of areas covered by furniture that could not be moved, and I had one carpet with a particular odor that made it more challenging. But I was contacted when they were in-route, The workman came fully prepared, was helpful, friendly and very co-operative.
