"I recently remodeled my kitchen. In doing so, I had to replace a few pieces of tile. My tile guy used grout that would match if I could get it clean. However, he wasn't sure it would come clean. Marty did an excellent job. My tile looks great. When my tile guy came over to do something else, he was so impressed he asked for a card. "I am so thankful for Marblelife, specifically Hobie! My husband and I had been renovating our master bathroom and purchased this beautiful black limestone tile. The tile guy we hired to install the tile did not know what he was doing and ended up damaging our limestone tile by using harsh chemicals on it. We were so devastated after all the time and hard work we had put into this remodel we thought it would be ruined because the tile we bought was black and the tile guy had turned them light grey with the damaging chemicals. When we realized the floors were severely damaged we called Marblelife at 9 PM on a Thursday night. I expected to leave a voicemail, but Hobie answered my called! We sent him pictures and he came over the next day! He completely restored our tile and it looks as if its brand new again! I cannot even tell it was ever damaged. He was very honest, respectful, professional and trustworthy! I highly recommend Marblelife and I plan to hire this company for our future remodels."

Not only did they do a spectacular job, but they really hit on the small details that are unseen when the job is complete. The crew was fast, and getting my disabled wife back into the house was a huge concern for him. Our new kitchen was a really involved job as there was more termite and water-damaged wood than good, and NOTHING in the house was flat, level, or square. Through all that, they transformed everything into something to be very proud of. Excellent price, fast work, and superior quality. What's not to like? "My bathroom tiles now look bright and fresh, with the bright white color sealer on the grout of the floor and wall tiles. Overall, I am pleased I had it done. The work crew came back once to deal with some cracks in the grout which I had noticed after they left. The reason I gave three stars and not five is because I had not understood what their product is, exactly. I was expecting the grout to look as if it were new, but it is not that smooth. The sealer bleeds onto the tile and looks a bit jagged if you get close enough to notice. It is not noticeable when I'm standing. If you ask enough questions during the visit to prepare the quote and understand what they do, you will be happy. It would be helpful if they had a sample to show you when they come to your house to do the quote. Customer service was always good."
