"Justin did a great job planning and installing our new York mini-split system for our basement and garage shop. Even though installation was delayed because of the extreme weather in February he called or texted almost daily to let me know the status, which I appreciated greatly. He does excellent work, and his pricing is very fair and he worked with me to find a solution that we could afford. He also performed a maintenance check on our regular HVAC system upstairs while he was there. Would definitely recommend and hire again. Thank you Justin!"

"The whole process went extremely well. The sales person Blake was very professional and explained all of our options in great detail. We were given several price options for the size units we needed to cool and heat our Home. After we made the decision, the units were installed quickly and professionally. The installers Efren and Scott showed up on time and worked quickly. They did a great job and represented Airco Company very professionality. "Found out I needed to replace 5 ton heat pump on the 16th. I priced 13 other company's within 50 miles of my business. The price for the pump and installation was $1,OOO.OO CHEAPER PLUS the service was 1 day. They had it in stock, didn't have to order it, and I got a 5yr warranty plus 1yr labor. I couldn't ask for better price or service!!!!!"

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with. I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer. There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer. Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS. He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well. He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim. He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable. I will definitely use his services again.

"nI called Brandon at WPE to see if he could come take a look at our roof/windows where the water was leaking in from the snow storm. Despite the road conditions, he was able to make it out to our house the same day by early afternoon. He and his crew cleared the ice and snow away from the leaking area, determining that there wasn't a major issue with the roof, but rather with the window insatllation (or flashings). The removal of snow and ice took care of the problem short term, and he explained to me what would need to be done to repair the issue long term. Due to the high cost of repairing of the issue compared against the low frequency that he expected us to encounter this issue, we have decided against completing any additional work at this time, However, if we are going to move forward with completing the recommended work, I would definitely use Weatherproofing Experts. I believe Brandon is fair, quite competent and very professional.
