"I own an older cape that was built in 1959. My wife and I have been living with window air conditioners for the past 13 years, as the our house has no ductwork to accommodate conventional central air conditioning. We did some research on high velocity, micro-duct A/C systems as an alternative to conventional central air systems. We heard about Joyce Cooling & Heating from our next door neighbor, whose father had used them several years ago and we decided to give them a call. The salesman, Abe, came out the next day to determine project scope and provide a quote (scope can be quite complicated depending on layout of house). Abe went a step further and brought the owner, Tony, out to the house a few days later and together they explained the project in detail and provided us with ideas/options on how to configure the system. The project began on June 13 and was completed on June 16. The installation team (mechanic - Bob and apprentice - Mitch) was polite, courteous and most efficient. The amount of work that they accomplished in 3 days far exceeded my expectations. They left my house immaculate at the end of each workday. High velocity A/C systems are not cheap, however, my wife and I could not be happier with our investment in this quality product. The entire Joyce team is clearly focused on customer satisfaction and they made this an enjoyable experience for us. I would definitely recommend Joyce Cooling & Heating to others."

"I highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort. My wife and I purchased a 1911 home 2 years ago. Closet space in these old homes is basically nonexistent, so I thought that central air conditioning was out of the question. I heard about high velocity air conditioners and contacted Unique Indoor Comfort. Jason C. was very knowledgeable and patient as I asked all of our questions. We decided to go with a two zone Unico system. Steve, Jason and crew exceeded our expectations. They were prompt, courteous and did what was necessary to meet the time estimate for the installation. They also cleaned up before leaving each day, leaving the house in the same condition as when they arrived. The system was installed around the 4th of July and the heat wave we experienced allowed the system to be fully stress tested, which it passed with flying colors."

"Not exactly sure if this is a Panasonic or Clear Air problem but why should it cost $900 to install a new bathroom light/fan?! It is still not doing exactly what Panasonic claims it should. Very expensive lesson learned. REVISION: It appears the problem is with Panasonic. The description is misleading. Be sure to discuss what you expect from the unit you want to be installed with the electrician BEFORE installing. What the manufacturer says it will do may vary with the circumstances of your particular location. FOLLOW UP, finally reached Panasonic Tech support and it appears Clear Air was correct in their assessment of what the fan/light can do rather than what Panasonic lead me to believe. I made sure the Panasonic tech understood my disappointment. In fact, the Clear Air electrician did a superb job of managing to get the system to perform better than Panasonic seems to have intended. Kudos to Clear Air."

"We are overall very happy with the project. Sila had to install a high velocity air conditioning system in very limited space. They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. After two weeks, the system has been performing exactly as we hoped."
