"First American Home Warranty Company (FAHWC) refused to replace the entire HVAC system in our residence as recommended by their subcontractor, Master Tech. (MT) who condemned our unit in an effort to get us to purchase a new unit. We obtained a second opinion from Pelican AC & Heating (PACH) who examined our unit and only replaced the inducer motor. "Service Rep was professional, technicians new what to do, just a little trouble with a few things. After calling their support service, everything went ok. Took a little longer then expected. Thought it was funny that they recommend replacing the pad the old unit was on, All they did was put the new pad on top of the existing pad. Not sure what difference that makes. Old pad level and in good shape. Price seamed a little high but couldn't go wrong with type of unit (Complete system Electric A/C & Heat w/Heat pump)."

"Air conditioning stopped working and I went to a couple of neighbors here and both of them have used this company before, so I called them and they came to check and he said that the compressor was not working and they gave us a couple of options to proceed, he thought that he could find another compressor but probably will not be new since next year companies will not sell these units anymore because of the cooling system so then he suggested to replace the entire system. The end result was amazing, this ac unit does not make a sound at all. They actually helped the neighbor and it was free of charge, he asked me to listen to that ac unit and he explained what was wrong with it and he suggested me to give them advice so they could fix their ac system too.
