Get matched with top air conditioning pros in Ayer, MA

"I looked at a number of different options and they had the best pricing and they also specialize in just doing central air. So they were also sort of a plumber and gas fitter, anything like that, and so they really specialized in what I was looking for. So that is sort of their core business. They were good and they did a very nice, clean job. The house was built in 1901 and so they did a great job of removing the old radiators and radiant based heat systems and replacing it with a new central air set up."

"One radiator wasn't working due to air - Ray came back the next morning (on a Saturday!) and made it right. Very pleased!"

"Excellent; their techs are experienced, polite and professional and very efficient. We love the ductless system they installed for us last year. The service call was for an annual system check covered by our warranty."

"First, it was refreshing to have someone come into my home that was both professional, courteous, and obviously enjoyed their work! Jay is awesome. I had him at my home in August for air-conditioning repair; then again in September for a furnace issue. Both were quickly diagnosed and Jay left with my system operating. I definitely would recommend Jay and MillTown."

"My whole experience in dealing with Milltown was nothing but pleasurable. Their office staff are so professional and courteous. They were very accommodating to my scheduling needs, and even called a half hour before their actual arrival. My air conditioning unit is a bit old and it needed more than just a tune-up unfortunately. The servicer was very helpful in letting me know exactly what was wrong and how I he could fixed it and keep the cost down. He also showed me things about the air conditioning unit that I could do on my own to keep it running efficiently. I was very happy with everything Milltown Plumbing did for me and I would highly recommend there services."

"It went very well. They had a good price. They got everything done in one day. The workers were very polite and respectful in my property. I highly recommend them to all."
