"They were just extremely professional and very very good. I did have a problem during the year with an adjustment for summer and winter for upstairs. They came out and they had already put a bracket in to adjust for summer and winter that I didn't know about and didn't understand. They went beyond what they needed to do. They came out and showed me. It took 10 minutes and I was able to change my heating and air upstairs. I would recommend them to anybody."

"Dave from Columbia came to my place in Portland from Scappoose on a same-day appt, for what I thought was a dead furnace. (I had tons of smoke flow into the home after furnace turned on.) Rather than just presuming the furnace was dead or even the problem, Dave poked around. He discovered the smoke was from the fireplace/chimey and the furnace turning on had pulled air from the chimney, reignited a smoldering log, and then filled the house with smoke. The problem was with the chimney all along, but Dave/Columbia did not charge me anything for the trip to Portland---or for diagnosing the problem---even when I called later to offer. Great service, great customer relations, great knowledge of how air moves through homes."

"They were quick to respond to my request and had exactly what I wanted. They were also willing to install it on a solar installation that they didn't do themselves, which other solar providers were unwilling to do. They ordered the product and contacted me as soon as it came in. Scheduling was quick, they had availability to come out a few days later. They weren't able to complete the job in the time estimated due to the pitch of my roof, but Bob (co-owner) was very open and transparent about the issue. They did come out 3 days later to complete the job so no harm, no foul. Premier Solar NW are a great company and I am probably going to look to them for other opportunities (like solar batteries)."

"When our air-conditioning unit stopped working during a heatwave, Jason came to our aid very quickly. The unit was over 20 years old and we knew it was on its last legs, though, it had miraculously to stay working since Jason fixed it 7 years prior (and saved our wedding!). As we expected, we needed a new unit and decided to also replace the furnace. Jason was able to schedule the replacements within a quick time frame, and he worked thoroughly and diligently to ensure that our new units were installed with the utmost care.
