"The service and everything was fine. We had just some issues that was out of their control. We had to put in a few different water heaters and then they had to removed the few different water heaters before we had to upgrade so the price was a little bit higher than we wanted but it was kind of out of everyone's control at that point. The guys were really nice. They made a lot of trips to the house. One thing that I would say is that they leave just a little bit of a mess that they didn't clean up in the laundry area.
