"Called Ashworth at 8:30 am Saturday morning. Air conditioner had stopped working the night before. The fellow that answered the phone was friendly, indicated they were very busy, but that they would get to my house after noon. The service tech, Brandon, called me about 3:00 pm and explained that he was running late but I was still on his schedule. When Brandon showed up he was friendly, apologetic for taking so long to show up, and knowledgeable. It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and another 30 to fix it. He had the necessary parts in his truck. Show-up fee (on a Saturday) was $89 for "diagnostics." Parts and labor for the repair was $111. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE."

"Couldn't afford to pay for an AC system, and labor, so I contacted Tom Martin of MMG and he was kind enough to send 5 star rated Senior HVAC Technician Dennis Canterbury out to tell me everything needed to have a fully functional AC system, allow me to purchase my own parts and do my own labor and then have them come back out and hook it up. Now that's top notch service!!!! 5 out of 5? More like 10 out of 10!!! I'll quote you this "If you're in need of HVAC, plumbing or electrical services, residential or commercial, from a company you can trust to go out of their way to make sure that you're sitting pretty in hard times. "Air went out on a 90 degree day. John Wilson was there that afternoon. Had to replace a fan motor. Later that night, we realized it just wasn't cooling correctly. We called john the next morning and he was here within the hour. He added gas and cleaned the coils and the best part...he didn't charge me again. Reasonable prices, fast turnaround, enjoyable service. It is now nice and cool and I couldn't be more thankful."
