Unfortunately the sleeve got stuck in the valve rendering myself from going any further. Frustated and being without water for a day .I decided to swallow my pride and ask for professional help. Don t get me wrong YouTube and HomeDepot are great guides but if they don t carry the tools to help you it can t go any further without possibly damaging the problem further . I was not willing to learn that lesson again. So I called and received several Plumbing company service but Will s Pro was the 2nd service to call me. What I liked was they were available to come out and they gave a free estimate allowing me to view options. I accepted their service and within the hour that I had called a Mr. Douglas Rivera plumber with Will s allpro was at my door. Douglas was very professional and friendly knowing my frustration;he offered me two options showing me how each option would possibly go. I chose the 1st option which he was recommending and crossed my fingers. Within 15 minutes he was done thanks to already having the new part there. "I contacted D & H because i discovered my system was inoperable. Because the weather was mild, it didn't require an after hours emergency call. Nyle, the technician, arrived the next morning. The problem was a failure of the blower motor. Nyle went to pick up the part, however he had been given the wrong one. Because the parts department had closed, he was unable to exchange it until the following morning. In the interim he performed the winter maintenance. True to his word, he picked up the part needed when the business opened, and returned to install it. He also installed an air purification system. Nyle was conscientious in letting me know when he would arrive, and called me upon arrival so I could contain my dogs before he came to the door. He was very good in describing the problem and in going over what corrective actions he performed. Also, he explained how the new system operated. I've used D & H since 2011, and will continue to do so in the future."
