"We had recently purchased a home and had reason to be believe it had been some time since the HVAC was serviced.  Aire Serv came out and performed a cleaning and inspection of the system.  The technician was punctual and polite.  He did a good job and fixed a minor leak we had in the condensation line. 



They offered some recommendations for improvements, but did not try to upsell us on anything.



We will be using Aire Serv again.

I am a small business out of Estill county KY we try to offer low prices with quality work. I don’t have a ton of overhead so I can usually beat big name companies. The help I use are all family members.

Paul followed up with me during the entire process. When equipment was needed and ordered he gave timely status updates. "The attic unit of my HVAC system was 22 years old. It finally failed about 5 days before I was having a large family get together. I contacted Fayette Heating and air because they advertised worked weekends at same charge. Initially I was annoyed I needed to join the Comfey Club to get priority service, but I have ended up being very pleased with the club program and have even renewed it for another year. All of the repair people I have dealt with have been personable and professional. I saw a review on the pricing that indicated higher than average. I estimate home repairs in my job and confirmed the pricing was within the market price for the area. I feel it can be done cheaper, but the service and quality of people in my home are important to me. As part of the club, I recently had a plumbing review. With my home being 22 years old, I know I am getting close or beyond the life expectancy of many plumbing parts. They gave me an extremely detailed description of what they can do to update some items, exact pricing , etc. It wasn’t a scare tactic approach, but things I assumed would need to be done and as a person who travels for my job, I do worry about leaks occurring while I am out of town."

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"They were on time and finished in one day. The installers did an extremely professional job. Despite negative reviews, my system is very quiet, works as needed. I/we are most pleased with our purchase. After being in the construction business for over thirty years, my own HVAC people couldn't compete with the pricing we received after the tax credit and that includes figuring the tax credit for the others also.
