They improved the return air system so that it was actually installed to work (the home builders DID NOT do this correctly). Our chosen furnace system did not arrive in time for our installation, so they upgraded us for free to a better system that they had in store so that they could install on the arranged date. Our home is SO much more comfortable and the furnace now maintains even temperatures in the basement and upper level of the home. They had all the areas needed to pass inspection the first time covered and there were no issues with permits and passing inspection due to their attention to all the details like placement of Carbon Monoxide detectors.
