"The plumber was timely, respectful and professional. I thought I was saving money by purchasing my own fixtures for the tub but it was a different brand from the original fixtures. That said, he shared that if I wanted to put them on, he would need to cut a hole in the wall to gain access to the piping to make the change. That would have tripled the cost!
