However more importantly to me was that he offered to go out and spend an hour taking pictures of everything that was wrong to show me since I did not live in the property exactly what needed to be repaired. No one else offered to do this. He also said let me see if I really have to replace the whole unit or if I can replace parts. Our A/C had 3 leaks in it, and Duke Energy failed to cover these damages despite the fact I had purchased a coverage plan with them. I received another quote from Ferran that was nearly $1,000 more than what ServiceOne quoted, and for a unit that wasn't as efficient.
