"Two gentlemen arrived right on time and, after taking the time to explain to me exactly what they would be doing, they proceeded to commence their initial inspection. After they had thoroughly evaluated the condition of our system, they went through and gave me the list of services included in the Angie's List deal I had purchased as well as some additional services that they would recommend based on what they observed. This included a walk-through of all of the areas and locations that they had evaluated. Although the cost of the additional services was more that I had originally planned on spending, I felt confident that their recommendations were based on knowledge and expertise from professionals who really knew their trade well. I am happy to report that we have already felt a difference in the performance of our heating/cooling system and can actually see the difference when looking into the vents. I had no idea how filthy they actually were! (Our townhouse had been sitting vacant for close to a year before we had moved in last summer.) The gentlemen performing the services were very friendly and professional. As I said, the initial service ended up being much more that I planned on spending; however, after seeing the mess that came out of my vents, seeing the nasty filter that they removed and being given a list of ways that we could maintain a clean system, I truly felt like we got our money's worth. We were told that, with proper maintenance, we would be able to get away with a much less expensive yearly general maintenance cleaning. I will definitely call them back when that time comes. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
