"We decided to use Shavitz Heating & Air Conditioning as the company for the install of our new furnace. What impressed us about Shavitz was their employees. They made the entire process a positive experience. Everyone that interacted with us had a friendly and professional demeanor. It started with the sales visit by Will Gutierrez who was a pleasure to deal with. He provided us with several options while never pressuring us to lean one way or another. He was patient with us and answered all our questions. His courteous approach gave us a positive view of the company he represented. The installing technician, Linas, and the tech that was assisting him only continued this professional trend. They both were equally as courteous. Once the work was complete, Linas made sure he answered all of our questions and that we felt comfortable with the operation of our new furnace and humidifier before he left. His patience was very much appreciated. He also made sure the area were the work was done was clean and all trash removed. Will Gutierrez followed up with us a few days afterwards to make sure all was well, and that we were pleased with the work and our new purchase. Our answer was a definite, yes."

"Porterhouse Heating and Cooling was very professional and knowledgeable on the service provided. I used them to install my air conditioner unit. Eventhough, the unit was not my issue, they still came out and was able to find the issue and fix it. They were friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I will definitely use again for any of my HVAC concerns."

"All temp did great job! My air conditioner wasn't working All Temp came out the same day, found and fixed the leak it in about 2 hours."

"Home AC went out when it was 90 degrees outside. BESCO Air came out the next day and Voila! Problem found and fixed. I've used these guys for years for both heating and AC. When other companies don't have the resources to respond promptly, BESCO comes through for me. With them, loyalty still matters."

"Excellent, timely, and knowledgeale service. I had them come to clean the air ducts, but they were able to comprehensively answer some other questions I had about my HVAC situation. I am going to use them from now on for my HVAC needs. Recommend!"

"John from JML gave us an estimate for replacing our non-working air conditioning unit. I shopped around and JML's was the most reasonable price. John and his assistent scheduled an installation time, showed up with the new, removed and disposed of the old unit, and were very professional (finished within the time the said, cleaned up any mess they made, and were happy to explain what they were doing) about the installation of the new unit.

"He was very good.  I had some company coming from out of town and my air conditioning wasn't working.  He came that day to fix it.  He knows what he is doing.  He gets the job done.  He came within 1/2 hour of my phone call because he was in the area.  He got my air conditioner going right away.  It was really hot that day.  He took care of it right away.  He could have tried to tell me it was the compressor or something, but he didn't.  He was prompt, he did a good job, and he was fair.  He installed a furnace and air conditioner at my mother's house as well.  He did a good job there too.  He was here previously to try and quiet down my air conditioning, but nothing seemed to work too well.  He was really good on the installation, but I thought he was a little high on the repair. "

"We had a great experience with Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning during our recent replacement of our furnace and AC unit. They were very professional and completed the job on time and answered all of my questions. Would recommend them for our Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical needs."

"I used Phoenix HVAC last week for some maintenance and to help improve the air flow in the house. They are so reliable and easy to work with. The technicians were friendly and efficient and were open to all of our questions about the work they were doing. Since they came, we have definitely noticed a good change in the amount of air circulating on our top floor. I would definitely recommend them!"

"We have recently purchased a home in Chicago and our home inspector noted that the HVAC system needed some repair. We found Orcasitas Comfort on homeadvisor with a 5* rating and called to make an appointment. Professionally he called the day before to confirm our appointment and showed up the next day right on time. We found the compressor frozen in a block of ice, due to no freon in the system, and another block of ice around the Acoil in the plenum. The ac system was not functioning at all. Orcasitas Comfort removed the ice block in the compressor and replaced the furnace, all in the same day! If their work was professional, clean and efficient, and as a home builder in another state, If I was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of their work and how easy and honest they were to deal with. If I were a homebuilder in Chicago I would absolutely use Orcasitas Comfort as one of my subcontractors, and as a new homeowner in Chicago I would recommend him as highly as possible for any HVAC needs that you may have in your home. My highest recommendation for a terrific HVAC contractor."
