"We had to purchase a new outside unit a few months ago and the crew that came did a wonderful job, reasonably priced unit and enjoyed their company while here as well. Yesterday, we called Moody's for help as our A/C inside wasn't cooling; there was a problem in the attic unit. It was quite warm in the house and I had concerns of my father 88 y/o getting too hot, especially after having a surgical procedure. They came as soon as possible yesterday; the repairman pinpointed the problem rather quickly and had us up and running......and COOL! We're always pleased with the service and attention that we receive from Moody's. Our family would highly recommend them to anyone. We appreciate them very much!"

"Was overall pleased with the end result, just took a bit to get it done properly. Install was pretty drawn out and long, 12+ hours when we were told it would be around 5-6 hours, granted we had excessive weather temps that day. Trash and tools were left on the grounds and in attic, system needed added repair a day later to correct air leaks from install in the attic but it was handled relatively quickly. Employees were very polite, seemed knowledgeable. I had wished someone had told me sooner about a 3rd employee who came to our property later in the day, Concerned me to see stranger walking around our yard in whom I had not been introduced to. A/C seems to be working properly now. I think with a little better communication the company would have much happier clients."

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
