"AirSouth is my air condition company. Coil replacement in most difficult spot in the house/attics. After job was complete the unit still did not cool after a couple of days. Technician sent to investigate no questions asked and no money exchanged. Found source of problem but made a mistake in the recharge of unit so, couple of days later still not cooling. Again without hesitation and with urgency technician sent to try and figure out what was going on, fixed the charge issue and unit has been working without incident for over a month. Warranty on work and customer service unparalleled in this area, they have my business. Very professional group with invoices and quotes and such. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
