He went right to work and did a fine job of installing the appropriate ductwork to direct heat and cool air out through the toe-kick under my-yet-to-be-installed vanity in the master bathroom. The previous owners had allowed the heat and cool air to funnel directly into the empty space under the old vanity, thereby trapping it and not getting any use out of it. I have another bathroom that needs the same treatment when it comes time for a new vanity, and I also need to replace a 29-year-old furnace and A/C.
