Our needs were to check out the air conditioner and change the filer. They satisfied them. They came when they said they would come. This was not an emergency situation, it was an annual maintenance. I can't think of anything off hand. They came and did what they were suppose to do. I have no idea how many workers were there. The work took fifteen to twenty minutes to complete.
