"Josh and his team were very professional. He came out, checked the old furnace and air conditioning unit. We sat down he made his recommendations and gave me a quote for the job. I researched the brand name he was going to install and decided that was what we should go with. Also talked with three different people that knew Josh and he was highly recommended. Everything was done exactly the way he explained and for the price that was quoted. He even helped me set my iPhone up so I could operate the thermostat remotely. He done that because that is the kind man he is. There were a couple of other things he did at no extra charge. "He showed up in a timely manner. He did the job quickly. There was a shorted wire that he had to re-run and pull through the existing pipe. So far it's all working great and has not needed to return. So far everything working great."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
