"I requested a service call yesterday in the am. Hammond contacted me that afternoon and set up an appointment for today. Eric Hammond and son, Chris, showed up ready to work!! Eric checked out the duck work and went to town for a piece of pipe to close the gap in the system. He was back quickly and did the repair. He was dirty and sweaty when he came out of the attic. What a great job!! My A/c should work much better now because it was sucking hot air from the attic before this repair. I will recommend Hammond Heating & Air to all my friends & neighbors. "Air Duct Solutions did fine. At the end, they did go into a large sales pitch about doing some more deep-cleaned of the air ducts. It took them awhile to come out to do this, after I had purchased the Big Deal."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with. I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer. There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer. Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS. He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well. He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim. He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable. I will definitely use his services again.

"They were extraordinary! Two of them came out and they were a little early. They worked cold for two and a quarter hours. They removed the screens, washed them, and dumped them appropriately. They were so fantastic that I actually tipped them on the side. They provided phenomenal service and I am very happy with them."
