She guaranteed a technician would be here between 4-8PM. The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived at 5:30pm. He promptly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part that was faulty, and warned us of any potential issue we might encounter in the near future, after he assessed our unit age and condition. He made some recommendations, but was NOT pushy trying to sell us additional parts or service. I can certainly appreciate and recommend this company."
