"Troy is an excellent choice for repairs. He is kind, honest, hard working, keeps in touch regarding arrival and goes above and beyond. His fees are quite reasonable and he also helped us by giving us advice on our gas furnace to keep it working well. He had a part on his truck for something else he found that might cause an issue with our furnace. He noticed a few things the former repairmen that we used had missed. He also did a CO2 and air exchange check in our home before he left to be sure everything was working correctly. He also provided advice on a replacement furnace should we need one in the future. A great hard working, honest gentleman. Hire Troy!"

"Hayden is one of the best men I’ve had to come to my house for repairs. He is very reliable, and he doesn’t leave until the job is done right, even after working all day he still found the time to stop by my house so I would have a working sink for the holidays, and same goes for when I needed help with my furnace, after working all day he didn’t want us to be without heat, and he replaced my door for me I can’t say enough about how reliable and efficient he is his work is a 10 out of 10 hands and I would recommend him to anyone!"

"Excellent! Wayne's knowledge about air flow and furnace functionality really gives you piece of mind that you're getting quality service. Other companies have just shown up, taken a quick look, barely cleaned things and said "You're all good". Wayne took the time to inspect everything and explained what he was doing. He even took the time to unhook the blower to take it outside to properly clean it. I really appreciate the thoroughness and time to do everything right. We'll definitely call him back in the future!"

"We received a highly recommended reference from our electrician for Hardcastle Heating and Air services. We needed work on the old existing gas line, and a complete central heat furnace and air system (including the install of vents) performed. In addition, the gas water heater had to be replaced. Justin, Paul, and the team have been extremely helpful and efficient, with the ongoing tedious work needed. We too, now highly recommend this highly professional, competitively priced company. Randy is a courteous professional that is a perfectionist in his work.  We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

• He invested significant time with us during the bidding process. (Being detail-oriented consumers, we called him a myriad of times with follow-up questions while we were researching radiant heat systems.)

• The contracting process was clear and easy to understand.

• Randy kept us well-informed during the installation, which progressed in a timely manner. He promptly returned phone calls/texts when we had questions.
• He picked up/cleaned up the workspace daily, and did not track any dirt into the home. He protected carpets and hardwood floors.

• A regional building inspector who came to sign off on a particular stage of the project commented to me about the precision in which Randy does his copper pipe soldering, and that they never have to worry about his work. Indeed, even from our perspective as homeowners, the closet area that houses the boiler and all incoming/outgoing pipes & tubes is extremely neat and well organized. Randy takes the time to do the job right--as if he is doing it for his own home and his own family. We feel very fortunate to have hired him.
