"Not well. When I met with the consultant/salesman, we discussed what type of system to buy. He handed my two cards outlining packages. I made it clear that I wanted a wifi-enabled thermostat. He showed me the all-in prices for two different systems. I stated I would take the higher-priced system because I wanted the wifi thermostat. When it was installed, I did not get the thermostat shown in the picture, and instead got a lower level one that was not wifi-enabled. I contacted the company four times about this over the next month. I was told initially by the installer that someone would come out and replace it within the next week. A month later following a few calls to AccuTemp, I still had not heard back from the company. When I finally did receive a call back, I was told that I never paid for the wifi thermostat and that it would be an extra $150. I might have been okay with this had I been explained that the day of the install following a smooth installation process. The day of the install, however, did not go well. The installers were almost an hour late making my girlfriend late for work. The excuse they gave was that they were in a meeting. Once here, they failed to lay groundcloths throughout the house and tracked mud everywhere. This was made worse by the fact that they did not bring a canopy under which to work outside. The installer spent much of the day outside in the rain. Additionally I was constantly closing doors behind them. They insisted on sweeping up after themselves inside, but left a large amount of trash in my garage. The whole process took three hours longer than it was supposed to and culminated with the wrong thermostat. About an hour after they finally left, my air intake started dripping water. Repairmen came out promptly to look at it, and ultimately fixed it. They told me, however, that they regularly have to go fix mistakes following installs. Additionally, they guy tried to blame it on my plumbing, but my plumbing was working fine with my last AC unit. He boasted that while it was really my responsibility, he'd be kind enough to flush the pipe for me. Again, nothing was wrong with the pipe before the new install. This part is ultimately my fault. The salesman only presented me with RUUD products. Upon researching after the installation, I found that there are about 30 brands more highly rated than RUUD. I foolishly trusted him with out pushing harder to inquire about other brands. In all, I was very disappointed. My ACs been working fine for now, but this is not at all the experience I expected. UPDATE 10-13-2017 AccuTemp sent the owner's brother-in-law to fix all the mistakes. The ACs been running fine since."
