"Not well. When I met with the consultant/salesman, we discussed what type of system to buy. He handed my two cards outlining packages. I made it clear that I wanted a wifi-enabled thermostat. He showed me the all-in prices for two different systems. I stated I would take the higher-priced system because I wanted the wifi thermostat. When it was installed, I did not get the thermostat shown in the picture, and instead got a lower level one that was not wifi-enabled. I contacted the company four times about this over the next month. I was told initially by the installer that someone would come out and replace it within the next week. A month later following a few calls to AccuTemp, I still had not heard back from the company. When I finally did receive a call back, I was told that I never paid for the wifi thermostat and that it would be an extra $150. I might have been okay with this had I been explained that the day of the install following a smooth installation process. The day of the install, however, did not go well. The installers were almost an hour late making my girlfriend late for work. The excuse they gave was that they were in a meeting. Once here, they failed to lay groundcloths throughout the house and tracked mud everywhere. This was made worse by the fact that they did not bring a canopy under which to work outside. The installer spent much of the day outside in the rain. Additionally I was constantly closing doors behind them. They insisted on sweeping up after themselves inside, but left a large amount of trash in my garage. The whole process took three hours longer than it was supposed to and culminated with the wrong thermostat. About an hour after they finally left, my air intake started dripping water. Repairmen came out promptly to look at it, and ultimately fixed it. They told me, however, that they regularly have to go fix mistakes following installs. Additionally, they guy tried to blame it on my plumbing, but my plumbing was working fine with my last AC unit. He boasted that while it was really my responsibility, he'd be kind enough to flush the pipe for me. Again, nothing was wrong with the pipe before the new install. This part is ultimately my fault. The salesman only presented me with RUUD products. Upon researching after the installation, I found that there are about 30 brands more highly rated than RUUD. I foolishly trusted him with out pushing harder to inquire about other brands. In all, I was very disappointed. My ACs been working fine for now, but this is not at all the experience I expected. UPDATE 10-13-2017 AccuTemp sent the owner's brother-in-law to fix all the mistakes. The ACs been running fine since."

"I would recommend Marvin's Heating and Air because of the exceptional customer service I received. He replaced my indoor and outdoor units. I felt like I was their only customer. Professional, affordable and knowledgeable. Can't ask for more!"

"Very pleasant to work with. Cleaned up behind themselves nicely. The air smells better immediately - I'm sure it's healthier too."

"The repairman came within a few hours of our call on a day that Baton Rouge was experiencing Hurricane Laura! The air conditioning was needed due to hot humid air outside and the family has a 6 month old baby! The problem was repaired within 45 minutes and no charge was made as we had a warrantee on the unit. I Highly recommend this company."

"TemperatureProâ s technician arrived 5 minutes before the agreed upon time. He was friendly, introducing himself and explaining the nature of the work he was going to perform as part of my annual maintenance on my AC system. He then set to work, cleaning the outside units, and verifying good working condition of both indoor and outdoor units. He asked about any concerns or issues, and provided a recommendation to make the filter change outs easier and reduce potential allergens. His recommendation wasnâ t a pushy sales pitch but rather a genuine solution to a problem I expressed."

"I recently had Amerson’s Heating and Air Conditioning install an Ecobee thermostat at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how everything worked before leaving. The installation was quick, clean, and done right the first time. The new Ecobee thermostat works great and has already made managing the temperature in my home much easier and more efficient. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Amerson’s Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service or smart thermostat installation!"

"I woke up one morning to a hot house ands got in touch with Air Creations staff and they were out there the same day for a last minute call! Reasonable price, not money hungry, made me feel like a friend instead of a customer, and it was the owner himself that came out and resolved the problem. I was very impressed and will certainly use them again!"

"Gator Co. did a tremendous job fulfilling our air conditioning request. We now can enjoy nice crisp cold AC in this hot weather in SWFL! Thank you Gator Co. for going above and beyond our expectations!!! Stay COOL!"

"Byron was very honest and didnâ t try to sell me on something I didnâ t need. Advised me that me system was older, and would recommend to start saving in case something major went out. After replacing small part my unit is back work like it was."
