"They were great. I asked for a couple services, and they recommended that I hold off on the second service, until the summertime. The air conditioning would be really tested in the summertime, so they will honor the deal in the summer, when its really needed. I thought that was fantastic. They didn't initially call me back right away, they lost my number, but they corrected the issue. He was on time exactly. Very courteous. Summer I am getting another cleaning, and they said they would honor the deal. They honor the deal. They went above and beyond, The deal was for one service, and they honored it for two. Went above an beyond, and courteous. Very reputable, didn't overcharge. They didn't up sell, you get what you ask for."

Penguin heating & Air was very quick to respond to my request, fast text reply, sent them pics, they replied with a quote, which was way lower than anyone else on this site, or even our regular guy that we normally use, we scheduled an appointment for the very next day, which was today, he also finished the job the same day! David did a very good job, very professional. Despite a terrible rainy day, he got the job done. When he was done he walked me through with exactly what he did. He also quoted me for a service on an existing unit and his quote was almost $200 less than what our regular guy charges us... We will absolutely be using this company again."
