"Ali promptly replied to my initial email, made an appointment for the following day, and showed up promptly at the agreed time.  The system actually started working again later the same day that I called and the problem was likely restricted airflow to the air handler.  He checked out the system, confirmed that refrigerant levels were good, and the coil was clean.  He refused to charge for any maintenance, as he said he didn't really do anything.  he also checked out my Wi-Fi thermostat wiring and confirmed that it was correctly installed and that the unit itself was probably defective.  He gets an "A" on all accounts and I would highly recommend him!

For the first time in 15 years all heaters run SILENT and they are 18 feet in the air in a mechanic shop of a dealership. He then served all 5 A/C units on the roof of the dealership. I had 3 guys come in and try to find the root of the problem and all had some kind of issues determining what the problem may have been; But not Premier Cleaning, they had 2 guys come in and carefully inspect all possible problems associated with my air duct and HVAC system, they eventually found a rodent (AKA Mickey Mouse) inside the air handler, right by the blower motor."

During the course of the install, it was found wiring for the air conditioning needed to be changed from 110 to 220. Khalif found someone to take care of it immediately. The men working with him -Andy and Jose, were courteous, left the work site in a neat and clean order- they placed protective coverings down to protect my wood floors.
