"This was the best experience with a company that I have never had come to my home before. I run an Airbnb out of my residence and my central air stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. I called all the service people in my area and no one could come for 2 weeks. I was panicked! I found Cawiamca on Angi's list. They are located in Saybrook CT. I wasn't sure they would come all the way to my home in Mystic. The owner himself called me and had someone come out THAT VERY DAY!! And the problem was fixed within an hour. I can't say enough good things about this company and the service man that came out. Fabulous, friendly, and expert service! I highly recommend them!"

"Chris Scotti was the only one willing to come out on a late Sunday afternoon! My house was almost 90 degrees inside, I have few screened windows and I depend on the central air to work! Brand new A/C unit purchased 3months ago, that would not work and the company I purchased it from would not even come out to help me! Chris showed up and fixed the problem! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything!!! Over heating in a house is just as dangerous as freezing! Companies that install A/C units should have staff/technicians on stand by for emergencies!! Chris was great!!!"

In passing, he mentioned a heat pump option for the shoulder months to reduce oil use, but that was it. After doing my own research, I called him back with questions, and he took the time to walk through the pros and cons honestly. There was no sales pitch, I actually asked for a quote heat pump quote too, because I saw the benefits myself. I ultimately chose the heat pump and appreciate that Jeremy gave me the information needed to make an informed decision. His crew was fantastic, friendly, professional, and thorough.
