"We were very pleased with the quick response, detailed information, professional and courteous staff at all levels. Our old furnace died in November on a Friday. Other businesses couldn't get anyone out to repair and replace it for 2-3 weeks. Ranger had it replaced on Monday for us. This week our electronic air filter quit working. Again we had a quick response with a simple fix at no charge. All of our questions were answered fully and information given about the latest models but with no pressure to buy. We will absolutely use Ranger again and refer our friends and family to them."

Took a very long time to get someone out to install the new filter set up at the air intake, with poor communication on their part. That part of the job was done poorly and had to be redone at my insistence. Also had the red warning light come on. Called about that and no follow through. Again. Really wanted to like these guys, but unimpressed with the experience."

They were quick, responsive, answered all of my questions, guided me in a direction to suit my families needs for proper hearing and air conditioning. They beat other quotes. And at this point, even if they didn t. I would ve hired them again. They fixed Incorrect installations from another well known company and didn t charge me. They properly reassemble everything that had to be taken apart to access the furnace. Which was in a crawl space. And it was a tighttt fit. Family owned and they didn t try selling me on things I didn t need. Bravo to them."
