"We found Ozark Heating and Cooling is now renamed Comfort Care Heating and Cooling, same address. We called them and explained the problem. They were at the house 2 days later. Our technician Sam was great. He found the air filter was not properly cleaned and may have added to our A/C problem. He cleaned up the condenser, checked the freon level and our A/C filter. He explained the problem and pointed out possible future problems with our 20 year old unit. Sam was very professional and fixed the problem in an hour. I would highly recommend this company for any A/C and heating problem. We will definitely use this company for our future A/C and heating needs."

"I Called Zack with EZ Services. WOW!!! To say I was impressed is an understatement, I had a really tough intermittent issue with my electrical wiring. Zack took the time (4 hours to find the issue) and get it fixed. I also had him bid some, other things I needed done as well. This does not sound like much, BUT. When I paid another company (Dis-honest Abes) to come out and diagnose the issue. Not only could they not find the problem, but they were more interested in pushing a contract on me than fixing the issue. Then to top it off they quoted me 4 to 5X as much to do the extra jobs as Zack did. "During the snow storm, February 2022, my furnace went out. I talked to Donna who arranged for Reggie to come out within just a couple of hours. I live in a very rural area and the roads had not yet been sanded or cleared. When he got to a very steep hill, his van would not make it and so HE WALKED. That's right. Rather than leave me without heat, Reggie WALKED at least two miles. In the snow. Freezing cold. I believe that most companies would have turned around and gone back to town. I see the negative reviews but they're more than 3 years old. I've used Honest Abe's for a while now and have always been happy with the work that Kody did and now I'm recommending Reggie as well. I'll continue to use them."
