"I signed up 3 years ago to the Swan Club, which includes yearly inspections of our furnace, ac, and plumbing. Mark recently inspected our air conditioning system. After purchasing an HVAC system from Swan, we joined the Swan Club, which includes yearly inspections. Yesterday our service technician was Mark. "Tony did a great job replacing my broken 50 gallon self venting hot water heater. It is in a difficult space to maneuver getting the old one out and the new one in. He did a great job updating what needed to be done (in my old 1910 home so there is always something!) and I feel very confident in their work.
