"The inside component of our air conditioning quit. Shavitz dispatched Bradley S who arrived within the promised time-slot. He found the drain that removed the coil condensation had become blocked. He cleared it but after pouring a lot of water into the tray, decided a more aggressive cleaning was needed. White vinegar and blasts of nitrogen from a portable tank removed the last of the gunk that had accumulated over time. Bradley walked me through what he was doing and answered all my questions. The work was done on warranty because the company had replaced the outside part of the air conditioning a couple of months previously. They could have argued that the warranty only covered the outside machinery but took a more generous view of the coverage."

"Besco Air has been servicing my furnace and air conditioner for several years now, and when my air conditioner refused to work this summer, I called them to have it replaced. The gentleman who came out suggested that I also replace my 50 year old furnace, which I thought was a good idea. The new furnace and air conditioner, as well as a condensation pump, were installed at the end of July. The installers did a great job of installing the new equipment as well as taking all my old equipment away and cleaning up any mess that may have resulted from the dismantling of the old equipment. The air conditioner has been getting a good workout this summer, and I am very pleased. If there are any problems with the furnace when the cool weather arrives, Besco will come out and make any necessary adjustments at that time. The condensation pump is something that I was not familiar with, but it has been great. The condensation pump (which I had not heard of) collects humidity from the air, turns it into water, and pumps the water out."

AWE (Air, Water, Energy) did a great job. The installers arrived on schedule and worked all day to removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment.  When they were finished, everything looked great and the work area was completely cleaned up.  The air conditioner has worked great all summer and kept our house at a comfortable temperature.  I am looking forward to a similar experience with the new furnace, also.  After the system was installed, AWE sent an inspector to our house to make sure the job was completed satisfactorily (which it was) and take pictures of the equipment to make sure it was installed correctly (which it was).

FYI, we have been a customer of AWE for over twenty years because of the great service they have always provided.  This was the 2nd furnace and air conditioner we have purchased from them.  They also installed our current water heater.  The technicians are always very knowledgeable and friendly.  They always arrive when they say they will arrive, and do what they promise.  The services provided have always met or exceeding our expectations.  I would recommend AWE to everyone.
