"Our system was making a concerning sound so we called Climate Heroes and they scheduled someone to come out the very next day. The office staff was very empathetic, and we felt prioritized the whole time. Jose Castro is a fantastic technician. He was able to repair our air conditioning systems and even better, explained every detail of what he had done and why it needed to be done. This company seems to know how to hire the best and most knowledgeable people who do exceptional work. It’s been 3 weeks since our service and everything is running smooth. "The ASSA MECHANICAL SERVICES LLC Team showed up promptly at the previously agreed, confirmed day and time. They immediately got to work with removing the old window mounted air conditioner unit which needed to be replaced and installed the new air conditioner. The whole process only took about one hour. A very professional and communicative team. The new air conditioner is working great. We’ll be requesting these guys again for any annual maintenance required for the window a.c. unit. Thank you ASSA MECHANICAL SERVICES LLC. Arthur"
