"Our furnace had shut down completely 2 days in a row, once the pilot was out and it restarted.  After the second time, we called Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning .    In the meantime my husband checked the pilot, which was on, and after he replaced the panel, the furnace restarted on its own.   Given the age of our furnace (19 yrs at the time) we were expecting the worst - replacement.
The furnace was running when the representative came.   He thoroughly checked the unit.  The only item he found wrong was a wire that was looped behind the screw that did not have good contact.  He moved the excess wire from behind the screw and tightened it.  This was something we would have never thought to check...it must have been like that from the time of installation. The furnace ran well all winter.   
The representative that came out was courteous, friendly, and explained everything to me.
We plan to contact Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning for any future needs.

"From my 1st phone call to ask about the services they provide and costs to when RJ & Walker left I've been completely satisfied. My appointment time was from 1-3 and they showed up right at 1pm. RJ & Walker both walked up to me and introduced themselves with a firm handshake.  We toured the house looking at all the vents and air returns along with the furnace. Then RJ fully explained what he would be doing and the Walker explained what he would be doing. They answered all of my questions.  About 30 minutes before completing the job, RJ asked me to come downstairs and he showed me all the dirt and stuff that came out of the vents. He showed me how he closed up the intake points he had to make in the duct work. They removed the equipment and everything was put back as it was and left clean. The entire time RJ & Walker stayed productive, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having them in my home to complete this service."
