"Wow, they connected me to this guy in 5 mins and he got out to us the next mourning at 7am to look at our hot water heater. He didn't have to make us first and it only took him less than 30 mins and on $130 to replace the thermocouple, had two other company's call wanted to charge 150 and up for service call and parts. "Bernie is incredible- no, really. I could not have asked for a better technician today. After a month of no A/C and getting the run around with our warranty company (besides the point), Bernie showed up and saved the day. He took the time to really explain the problem, the steps he took to fix it, and some helpful tips for the future. After repairing our AC unit he walked around the house upstairs and down in the basement to show me how to control the force of air coming out of the vents. He is so friendly and so great.
