"We had a botched contractor disconnect our gas line from our garage to our house for an addition, but threw away the connectors and leave before the project was done. I added my project to Angi and Jordan from Conradt Quality Air reached out to me and was able to complete the project! "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"went very well. We had previously paid another local heating and air conditioning company to do a fall inspection. At that timie this "other" company told me that there were problems with the heat exchanger and that the unit was in immediate need of replacement. In fact the service technician went so far as to shut off our furnace. I called Professional for a 2nd opinion and the technician informed us that yes, our furnace was old, but that this furnace had so many safety measures that the unit would just shut itself off rather than cause a fire or a carbon monoxide leak. He assured us that this furnace was fine to operate.

"Great! They spent 2 days repairing a poor roofing job that lead to our leaking and a several nests of wasps invading house. They also did a great job cleaning our gutters this spring.
They will be returning next spring for another issue we need addressed.
