Two very professional technicians showed up exactly on time, worked for 11 hours straight in really horrible conditions (a cramped attic in 95-degree heat) and did the whole job in one day! To top it off, their company’s price for all this was significantly lower than other estimates I had. This is a great company. "Absolutely WONDERFUL! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was as nice, and helpful as could be.. (I was sobbing when he called.. after a horrific 3 days, and coming home to my house that was 95 degrees inside) He comforted me, and reassured me they would be there, and not to worry any more. And the two gentlemen that came diagnosed the problem immediately! My thermostat wasn't working. The men changed it out, and shortly after that, my AC was blasting. I cannot thank JBC ENOUGH!"

What I am very unhappy with is when they arrived at my property , I could see and they could see without measuring that the A/C package would not fit in the area of the existing A/C was. So now I have a monstrosity in my back yard - not there fault - the original salesmen who came out to my property the day before should have known that the A/C PACKAGE HE CAME UP WITH WAS TOO BIG !!!!! I am unhappy and angry with what is now a monster in my back yard !!!!!"
