"I was able to get a same-day appointment, and Abraham showed up right on time. He took a look at the system and confirmed that the furnace was running as expected, and he didn’t find evidence of a cracked heat exchanger. I was hoping for a definitive answer as to why the air wasn’t flowing out of several of my vents, but he was only able to confirm that it wasn’t due to the furnace itself. I may have clogged or separated ductwork behind the walls, but he wasn’t able to diagnose/confirm. At least I know the furnace itself isn’t the source."

"They came out and gave an estimate for a new boiler and we contracted with them for the replacement. The technicians seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. We had a few issues after the installation with air getting in the line and blocking the flow of hot water. However, Our installation came with a 1 year service contract and they returned to remedy the problem promptly and professionally. Bell stands behind their work. We would recommend Bell and will use them in the future."

"Michael was very helpful with the sales process, providing helpful information on the options I had and offering a very fair price. We had a broken air handler and had to consider whether to replace just the air handler or do the compressor as well since everything was old and the Freon in our system was no longer in production. We ended up doing the full replace. Every step of the way, Celco kept me updated on the status of my order, including texts narrowing the timeframe for technician arrival. "I called in the early evening and David called me back within 5 minutes. I explained the problem with my central AC not working and he was here the next morning. David diagnosed the problem and gave me a very fair price for the repair. He had the part on his truck and had the AC running again within 45 minutes of his arrival.
