After calling me twice to let me know he was delayed, he arrived at our house at 8:15 pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty pump and made a temporary fix. As promised, Andrew came the following morning with a new pump which he installed and then completed a more thorough maintenance check of our heating and air conditioning systems as we requested since it hadn't been done in several years. "It went ok. They cleaned my air ducts. However, they did not clean my furnace (which is generally done as well). Our air filter was clogged the next day with huge chunks of dust/link/dirt. Im not convinced they actually cleaned anything put the vents."
