"We got 5 estimates and they came in far lower priced than anyone...it was so low my wife and I were concerned if the price was even correct. Based on the other prices we were only going to get the central air done for now..however with their pricing we could afford to get it all done. They promised to be out and install our new Central Air, Heater and water heater in about a week.  They showed up on time and they even finished sooner than our sale rep had told us.  We only had it in about a week now but so far we are extremely pleased!  If you are considering a new Central Air, Heater or water heater I highly recommend you get an estimate from them..I'm quite sure you'll thank me later.

"I opted to have the installation of a Ductless Mini-split heat/air system this spring. Out of the three bids, this company came in the lowest by quite a bit. The sales rep was very nice and explained everything that was going to be done. I can't wait for the finished product!"

"The crew arrived on time, completed the job in 3 hours and then instructed us on thermostat use. They also put down cloths on the floor to avoid scratches. Very professional company."

"Dana was professional and very nice. He went above and beyond checking the temperature inside to insure vents were working properly, replacing insulation on tubing and checking thermostats. I would definitely request that he do the work on my heating and air conditioning in the future."

"Vaughan Heating and Air Conditioning salvaged what could have been a very cold Holiday season. After a bad experience with a different company, Vaughan Heating and AC showed the utmost professionalism by helping us through an emergency situation promptly and courteously. From the young lady who took our frantic phone calls, the gentlemen who emailed all night to ensure that our paperwork was in order to the installers of the tank and ending with the gentleman who delivered our first shipment to our new tank, I couldn't have been more satisfied with this company. They have truly earned a lifetime customer!!

"David covered his shoes every time he came inside so he wouldn't carry dirt in. He carefully explained everything he found and our options. He came to fix our air conditioner on a very hot and sticky August night, between 9 and 10 pm, itself a great service. The bill was high, but I was glad to have our air back on."

"The service was good, but the repair was (in my opinion) too expensive--over $400 to replace a gas furnace igniter. I was told I get a "free" tune-up next year. Given what I was charged, it wasn't free; I paid for it in advance. I'll be purchasing a new furnace and central air system next year, and will not consider Horizon."

"Very professional and knowledgeable company. Helped me save money and get a better furnace than what i originally had. Prompt install and very good crew. Will hire again when AC needs service."

"Great team! professional, knowledgeable, courteous. On time. Fair pricing. I contacted other vendors first but was overwhelmed by their pricing structure and had sell tactics. My neighbor used Anthony and his team for their heater replacement, was very pleased and recommended him to me. So glad I contracted with them. Would HIGHLY recommend them. I have already decided to use them for my air conditioner replacement in the spring."

"Where do I start?! Let me just say, from beginning to end, it was 100% professional. These guys came on time, they did their job, they cleaned up, very professional, straightforward, hard-working, and much much more! They installed a water heater with no issues. The old water heater was picked up. I recommend them to do any HVAC for you! I will be calling them to install an air conditioner unit in the Spring. They were so kind, quiet and just did their job. I am so happy that I chose them amongst other HVAC quotes. Call them today! You will not be disappointed! Thank you guys for a job well done!! Now I can sleep at night, knowing my water heater will be working correctly!"
