"I rarely write reviews, but Pacific Air, and especially technician Ray, deserve immense praise. If you seek an HVAC company that truly goes above and beyond, look no further. Our central AC is ancient, and we can't afford a replacement. When it broke, we dreaded a summer without air. Shane at Pacific Air understood our situation, assuring us they'd help us get "one more summer." Ray, our hero, arrived. He's professional, expert, and committed. The challenge was immense: finding parts for such an old unit. Ray and Shane tirelessly worked for four days to source the correct, elusive parts. Ray poured so much time and effort into our unit, meticulously bringing it back to life. The result is miraculous! Our old AC now works wonderfully! "Jason Stubbings was awesome! Professional and upfront. He walked me through everything and did a quality job. Withing a couple of minutes he diagnosed our air conditioner root cause (it was throwing the breaker). He had it up and running quickly with a new capacitor. He then checked everything out and topped the freon. Note our air conditioner is a Carrier and is about 23 years old. Never had an issue before. Jason saved us from someone trying to just replace it with a new one. Keep up the great work Jason!"
