"Mike and his team did a great job with installation of a complete new HVAC system involving a ducted system on the 1st floor and mini splits on the 2nd floor (this set up best accommodated our house for function and zoning). Their experience and knowledge was demonstrated by their well planned work and installation, including working around existing conditions such as tight crawl spaces, as well as coordination with existing plumbing, electrical, structural components, etc. They coordinated and were accommodating of requests for equipment and vent locations. And they started and completed the work as promised. I would highly recommend them."

"When we used Angie’s List to find Something Constructive, we hoped for the best – what we got was awesome! Hands down, Patsy Cicala is the best for any job around the house. Last year, he replaced the doors on our backyard 8’ x 10’ shed, including the decorative pieces, matched the weathered paint and added new hardware. It looked great. Then he tightened up the decking on the patio, and planed and adjusted four interior doors. That was a bargain that cost about $800. In June of this year (2016), Patsy worked on preparing the house for sale, getting it in “move in” condition beforehand. That cost about $250. He fixed the outdoor shower that hadn’t been properly installed originally (this was complicated and not easy to remedy), made the stair-rail on the stairs tight and steady (had a trick he showed me that made it seem easy), adjusted other doors, repaired some electrical issues, did some other work and checked the house overall. In addition to doing good work, he wouldn’t stop working on an item until it was just right - not just it will get by. Further, he knew our time-frame, and really put himself out to fix all of our problems quickly. The house just sold and the home inspector only found a few minor issues that no one else would notice. Would we call Patsy again? I have a call into him now for a change I want in the new house – I hope he will be available soon."
