"I have previously used East Coast Comfort for minor repairs to my aging Central Air system and have been impressed with their customer service and responsiveness. Unfortunately, this year, my system was beyond basic repair. When faced with replacing some pricey parts (evaporator coil) on an aging system or installing a new system, both Lisa and Tony were extremely helpful in designing a system that fit our budget and requirements. We ultimately decided to replace the gas furnace, A/C condenser and coil as the new system would have a ten year warranty and be much more energy efficient. During his site visit, Tony also recommended some cost-effective ducting modifications to ensure air was supplied to the upper floor of our rowhome properly. The full replacement was performed in a single day and was scheduled quickly even though it was the middle of June (peak season). Lisa remained communicative throughout the process and Tony and his crew were awesome. They took extra care as they removed the old system and carefully brought in the new parts and cleaned up very well after themselves. We are extremely satisfied and I highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation. My family is now enjoying cool air and energy savings."

"We choose Unique Indoor Comfort as the company to replace our 1960’s era gas boiler with a 83% AFUE Weil McLain, and we’ve been very happy with that decision. Everyone from Unique that we interacted with was professional, personable, and patient. After sizing our heating requirements, Unique presented us with several packages, of differing efficiency, that included boilers smaller than the old one, but ones that would meet our heating needs. This was in contrast to other companies that wanted to replace our old boiler with one of similar size, not taking into account that the old one was oversized to begin with. The Unique package we chose included outdoor reset, and air elimination, items that may have increased upfront costs, but ones that will probably offer savings, convenience, and increased comfort in the long run.
