"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased for $29.99 for a diagnostics on the heating and A/C but I was charged more because I had repair done. They were good, there had been another company that had given me more information about replacing parts so that the air conditioner could continue to be used. It is old but the other company seemed to be more willing to do the work that it would take to keep the old unit going, and Trusted seemed to want more to just replace the unit. For me, replacing the unit would just be a very difficult thing at this time. He did repair and he was effective at that. I guess he just didn't want to have the whole job, he just would have much rather pop the unit off and get another unit on, it's just easier for them. I'd be more likely to look for somebody else to use in the future."
