The 'sanitization' stuff they sprayed did smell for a few days, despite my airing out the house with the windows open, but it did eventually go away. And they must have gotten a lot of dust out because my children (who are usually very sneezy with the dust pumping through our house) have seemed much better since the ducts got cleaned. Very happy with the service. I used an Angie's List "deal" for the service--I was in a hurry to get it done (my kids had dropped some art supplies down a vent that were making clicking noised that were driving me nuts) so I didn't compare prices at all, I just looked for a company that seemed thorough and they they were. I originally had them installed for air conditioning but found them to be very helpful as heat pumps. I had some trouble with one unit and HD Air fixed the problem on the day I contacted them. I am amazed at their response times. I Iike the units they use (Fujutsu) as they are quiet and reliable.
