"Absolutely WONDERFUL! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was as nice, and helpful as could be.. (I was sobbing when he called.. after a horrific 3 days, and coming home to my house that was 95 degrees inside) He comforted me, and reassured me they would be there, and not to worry any more. I got a very fair price and the crew came out the next day and replaced the entire unit. It was a professional job-install crew worked hard and cleaned up completely.
